Abstract: 

In the real world, in most cases, such as industry, management, and even in daily life, we encounter optimization and decision-making problems that require the opinions of experts and masters on the problem to be able to make the best decision. In these cases, it is necessary to use an optimization problem with Hesitant fuzzy parameters.There are few studies on Hesitant fuzzy linear programming (HFLP) problems. Therefore,in this paper, we  consider such problems.Especially, we study HFLP problems with Hesitant cost coefficients. For this purpose,we propose the simplex  method to solve the introduced optimization problems and draw a flowchart of the proposed  method.Finally, by solving two illustrative examples with Hesitant fuzzy information, we examine the applicability of the proposed method.

Abstract: 

In this paper, a new method is proposed to find the fuzzy optimal solution of fully fuzzy linear programming (abbreviated to FFLP) problems. Also, we employ linear programming (LP) with equality constraints to find a non-negative fuzzy number vector x˜ whic h satisfies A˜x˜=b˜, where A˜ is a fuzzy number matrix. Then we investigate the existence of a positive solution of fully fuzzy linear system (FFLS).

Abstract: 

AMONG VARIOUS STATISTICAL AND DATA MINING DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS PROPOSED SO FAR FOR GROUP CLASSIFICATION, linear programming DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS HAVE RECENTLY ATTRACTED THE RESEARCHERS’ INTEREST. THIS STUDY INTRODUCES fuzzy MULTI-GROUP DISCRIMINANT linear programming ( fuzzy MDLP) FOR CLASSIFICATION PROBLEMS. MDLP IS LESS COMPLEX COMPARED TO OTHER METHODS AND DOES NOT SUFFER FROM LOCAL OPTIMA, AND fuzzy MDLP OVERCOMES THE UNCERTAINTY INHERENTLY EXISTS DURING COLLECTING DATA. THE MODEL DETERMINES fuzzy BOUNDARIES FOR THE GROUPS AND FINDS fuzzy MEMBERSHIP GRADES FOR THE CUSTOMERS, WHICH OUTPERFORMS THE CONVENTIONAL CLASSIFICATION METHODS.

Abstract: 

In this study, we discussed a fuzzy programming approach to bi-level linear programming problems and their application. Bi-level linear programming is characterized as mathematical programming to solve decentralized problems with two decision-makers in the hierarchal organization. They become more important for the contemporary decentralized organization where each unit seeks to optimize its own objective. In addition to this, we have considered Bi-Level linear programming (BLPP) and applied the fuzzy Mathematical programming (FMP) approach to get the solution of the system. We have suggested the FMP method for the minimization of the objectives in terms of the linear membership functions. FMP is a supervised search procedure (supervised by the upper Decision Maker (DM)). The upper-level decision-maker provides the preferred values of decision variables under his control (to enable the lower level DM to search for his optimum in a wider feasible space) and the bounds of his objective function (to direct the lower level DM to search for his solutions in the right direction).

Abstract: 

Bilevel linear programming is a decision making problem with a two-level decentralized organization. The “leader” is in the upper level and the “follower”, in the lower. Making a decision at one level affects that at the other one. In this paper, bilevel linear programming with inexact parameters has been studied and a method is proposed to solve a fuzzy bilevel linear programming using interval bilevel linear programming.
